Enrollment
Please click here to download the enrollment form. The form must be filled out and either mailed or brought to SMART School.
To enroll in a group or to schedule one-on-one sessions, we have to receive an enrollment application and a payment for the first month of the semester, as well as post-dated checks for all other months of the semester. Checks are deposited on the first of the respective month, with the exception of the May check, which also includes a payment for June classes.
Discounts and refunds
In groups, siblings are eligible for a 15% discount on the tuition for the same or lower-priced group. Parents can choose to prepay for the whole school year with a single payment; a 5% discount applies in this case.
There are no refunds for absences in the groups. Refunds for missing one-on-one classes can only be provided if the School is notified at least 24 hours in advance.
A student’s enrollment can be terminated by the parents at any time for any reason. A 3-week notice of termination is required for a complete refund of unused tuition. Any post-dated checks will be returned to the parent.
The School may terminate the enrollment of a student if any of the School policies are violated.
